Hotel Accommodation in Ramat-Gan

Dates: January 31-February 3, 2016

Diesenhaus-Unitours has secured a block of rooms at Kfar Maccabiah Hotel in Ramat-Gan, making it possible to offer reduced rates to conference participants. In order to benefit from these rates, reservations, payments and notification of changes must be made directly with Diesenhaus-Unitours and not with the hotel.

All rates are in NIS, per night, including breakfast and VAT.

Important notes:

  • Early reservation
    The number of rooms is limited and we urge you to make your reservation as soon as possible.
    Rooms will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Official check-in/check-out time at hotels
    Check-in:
    Sunday-Friday - 15:00; Saturday - 20:00
    Check-out: 11:00

  • Sharing accommodation
    If reserving a room to be shared and paid for by two participants separately, please list the name of the other participant or indicate that you wish us to find you a roommate. The secretariat will assist as much as possible, but if a roommate cannot be found, the participant will be charged for a single room.

Payment

Payment in NIS can be made in one of the following 3 ways:

    The full amount will be charged as of January 3, 2016 (after the early registration deadline).

    Please ensure that the name of the conference and the name of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
    Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source. A copy of the bank transfer should be sent to imec17@diesenhaus.com
  • Commitment – Payment by employer for Israeli participants only
    Israeli participants who select "Commitment” MUST send an official "Purchase Order” from their company/institution made out to:

    The Purchase Order should be sent to:
    Diesenhaus-Unitours imec17@diesenhaus.com or by fax to +972-3-5610152 stating the amount and services covered. The summary printout of the on-line Registration and Accommodation Form should be enclosed.
Invoice
You will be required to enter in the form the name to whom the invoice should be made out to.
If the invoice should be on your name, you should list your ID (Teudat Zehut) number.
If the invoice should be made out to your institution, you need to list the name of institution and it's VAT number.

Please note:
Forms submitted with no payment details, will not be processed.
Registration will be confirmed only if full payment has been received.


Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the conference secretariat: Diesenhaus-Unitours – Convention Department imec17@diesenhaus.com

Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:

  • Cancellations received by January 3, 2016 - full refund, less NIS 50 handling fee.
  • Cancellations received by January 27, 2016 - full refund, less NIS 100 handling fee.
  • Cancellations received as of January 28, 2016 - no refund.

Refund of accommodation will be made as follows:
  • Cancellations received by December 31, 2015 - full refund, less NIS 40 handling fee.
  • Thereafter - full refund, less one night cancellation fee.
  • In the event of non-arrival - full refund less one night cancellation policy.
